The main inspiration for my work; Wildlife through my lens, which also happens to be to most challenging. When documenting animals they’re the ones leading me, additionally they’re in their natural habitat and I’m merely just a guest wishing the dance between photographer and animal could go on forever. From conservation stories to capturing beautiful biodiversity.

Deep Exploration

Stills taken on decompression dives, down to the mesophotic zone in the tropics. A different kind of underwater photography. Where each second of photography has to be planned and briefed and where every camera setting and every strobe angle has to be anticipated beforehand. Not much flexibility camera-wise and certainly not much flexibility diving-wise.

Life at Sea

Tallships roaming the high seas. Thousands of kilometres from the crows nest to space and thousands of fathoms from keel to abyss. This is a visual diary of everything raw and beautiful of the life at sea.

Landscape

Dramatic landscapes moves us all and are often enough to take our breath away. Feeling minute as a human, but at the same time a connection with the grandeur. This Is a collection of landscapes where I’ve felt exactly this.
